Summer 2010 dates, prices and availability are listed below. Our previous guests will notice that prices have risen a little bit. This is down to some big changes we've made for summer 2010. The biggest one is that our guiding service is now fully French-qualified - all our guides hold either full/aspirant International Mountain Leader qualifications or the French Mountain Bike Instructoraward (MCF). In addition, we're running more accommodation, more vans and more guides. This will make sure that everyone rides in a group which suits their level of ability. We think our prices still represent very, very good value for money. There are no hidden costs (airport transfers and packed lunches are all included) and our level of service is up there with the very best (for 2010 there will be 5 people in the White Room team looking after a maximum of 16 riders).

All of our prices are per person, per week and include:

• 5 days of 100% fully-qualified guiding (why is this important?)
• On-trail coaching & skills sessions
• Transfers from Geneva airport on Saturdays
• 7 nights accommodation in Chalet TinTin
• Breakfast and 3 -course dinner on 6 nights of the week
• Packed-lunch (we provide the bread and fillings, you make the sannies!)
• 5 days of van-assisted riding
• Transfers from/to Bourg Saint Maurice train/bus station if required
• Unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks
• Afternoon tea & cake
• Bed-linen and towels
• Wireless internet access
• Extra 5% discount off web prices at The Bike Chain (total of 15% off shop prices)

What's not included:

• Dinner on our night off
• Any spares from our stock you may use
• Lift passes at any of the resorts we might ride at. Passes cost from 9€ to 18€ per day, depending on the resort we're riding at. Typically, we'll need a lift pass 3 or 4 days per week.
• Insurance - we can't stress enough how important insurance is! From personal experience, a major claim can run to 40,000€ or more. Your EHIC card does NOT provide sufficient cover - it covers you for only 80% of your medical bills and provides no cover at all for mountain rescue, repatriation, etc.
• Flights

• Previous guests - anyone who has stayed with us before, winter or summer, gets a 5% loyalty discount .
• Singles - there are no single supplements to pay, as long as you're happy to share with someone of the same sex or to take the Mezzanine room in TinTin. If you would like to guarantee a single room, then we charge a supplement of £50 (subject to availability).
• Children - we offer a 25% discount for children aged 12 or under
• Longer stays - if you want to stay longer than one week, let us know and we'll give you a quote at an attractive rate
• Self-drive/train travel - if you're driving out yourself or you're coming by train and therefore don't need an airport transfer, let us know and we should be able to offer you a discount (depends on how many people are in your group).
• Bunks - If you really want the cheapest week possible, then volunteering to take one of the spots in the bunks under the stairs gets you a £30 discount. Otherwise, these go to the last people to book on any given week - get your reservation in early! Note that with the changes we've made to the accommodation for summer 2010, we don't necessarily expect to have to use the bunks every week - it should be quite rare! Email us if you're worried you're going to get put in there and you're not keen!
• Bike Clubs - If you run or are a member of a Mountain Bike club, get in touch - we offer discounts for club trips.

For each week, there may be more than one type of trip available. Prices for specialist weeks are the same as the standard price listed unless otherwise stated.
